   Plugged in Electricians installed an Electric Vehicle charge point for me. The whole process of quotation and installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard with excellent consultation and communication.
There was a short time window in order to meet a grant deadline and Plugged In Electricians prioritised the job with excellent communication and a determination to arrange installation in a timely manner. Emily in the office was very efficient in planning the work (including planning pre-installation work). She kept me well informed and communicated promptly as well as ensuring they had all the necessary information for the EV charge point grant application. The grant payment has come through and I was promptly reimbursed. The electrical work was completed as planned. The electrician, Chris, discussed my best options for installation and arrived at the booked time and date to do a quality installation which matched my requirements. He was able to answer all my queries and advise options to agree the best specification for my situation. He accommodated me by completing the installation works around me cutting and clearing a channel in my concrete drive so the supply cable to my garage where the charge point was installed could be hidden. Plugged in Electricians were the only firm to express confidence in obtaining the grant for me on the short remaining timescale and they delivered everything they promised in a courteous and friendly manner. Plugged In Electricians are approved to carry out domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installations.

How accurate is the quote

Your electrical quote is sent for approval before work is carried out. A booking date is usually assigned to a quote which remains yours unless you say otherwise. When the work is completed you are invoiced the quoted amount unless additional work was approved by you to be carried out.

Can I buy my own parts and equipment

Yes. You can provide your own equipment or parts. We don’t cover warranty on these parts and some we may not be able to install. You can discuss this before you receive a quote.

Will you turn up when you say you will?

Yes. Plugged In Electricians has a track record of putting customers first and allocating a suitable amount of time to carry out your electrical work using a time allocation system. There may be times whereby your electrician or you need to reschedule at short notice – these are rare and acceptable circumstances.
